Policies

Short policies, plainly written.

We keep this simple: free guides to read, paid training programs arranged directly with us, and a plain account of how enquiry and analytics data are handled. Below are our privacy terms, terms of use, approach to accuracy, and position on trademarks.

Privacy

What we collect and why

  • The enquiry form collects your full name, phone number, email address, and any optional comment you provide.
  • Our hosting and service systems may process technical metadata such as request time, IP address, browser, and device information for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
  • We use enquiry data to respond, suggest relevant training, arrange classes, and manage the resulting learner relationship.
  • Enquiry submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 and relayed through Web3Forms. Brevo sends the transactional acknowledgement email.
  • Google Analytics 4 measures page use and website events. Form names, email addresses, phone numbers, and comments are not sent as analytics event fields.
  • We do not sell enquiry data for advertising. We retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above, operational records, and applicable obligations.
  • To request access, correction, or deletion of enquiry data, use the contact form and state your request.

Terms of use

Using this site

  • The guides and articles on this site are free to read. Our training programs are paid services; fees, schedules, and any refund or cancellation terms are shared with you at enrolment.
  • You may read, share, and link to pages. Please do not republish whole guides as your own.
  • The material is general guidance, not professional, legal, or security advice for your specific environment.
  • We may update or remove content at any time as the field changes.

Content & accuracy

Our commitment, and its limits

We write everything ourselves, in plain English, and aim to be accurate and current. Technology moves quickly, so details can fall out of date. Where exact specifics matter — product behaviour, versions, certification requirements — always confirm against the official source, which we link to where relevant.

If you spot a mistake, the fastest way to get it fixed is to tell us on the contact page. We treat corrections as a priority.
